Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
• We may decline returns that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or unauthorized modification.

2. How To Request A Return

• Email info@boxingglovesshop.uk with your order number, the item name and the reason for the request.
• If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
• Please wait for written authorization before sending anything back.

3. Refunds

• Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• After approval, it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the credit posting.

4. Return Shipping

• If a return is due to a change of mind, sizing issue, or other customer-side reason, return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility.
• If we sent the wrong item or the item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy.
• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

5. Exchanges and Replacements

We do not guarantee direct exchanges in every case. Depending on stock availability, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund or full refund after reviewing the request.
